so you live in tennessee? good to hear. go to the group buy center. i believe i saw a group buy on power fc's i cant remember. it will be in the rx-7 store section. if not there then just go to the website and ask jason. its a pretty good price and jason is a great guy to talk to. happy tuning. . . . oh yeah, and the fc datalogit is a must after you get one of those. well, not a "must", but its really, really nice!!

power FC ?'s and Boost Controller

Have a few ?'s here. First off I am running stock twins and Power FC with exhaust, dp, mp, intakes, and FMIC> Do i need this boost controller. I was told I could run 15 psi on this setup. Also can someone show me pics of the controller and how it plugs into the Power FC. Where can I get one and how much?
Also a good ? does the Power FC eliminate the boost cut problem. Not real familiar with all of this stuff so thanks.

Spend some time in the PFC forum.

15 psi on stock twins is pushing it. Not saying that you can't do it, but you are reaching the limit. I would stick to 14 psi and below.

You should investigate fuel system upgrades (fuel pump and injectors) with your mods and 14 psi.

The PFC can be your boost controller (with the stock system) without upgrading to the Apex'i PFC boost controller option. I suggest utilizing it for a while to see how it works for you.

READ THE PFC MANUAL! Plenty of stuff in there that would help you learn how not to destroy your engine. Additionally it discusses boost cut. If you don't have a copy, download it from the PFC forum or go to Apex'i.

no prob. mmagros is right. im running about 15 psi on my car and the turbos are cussing at me. i have all my fuel system redone though. if your turbos are in good condition dont run high psi's. itll kill them quick.

I believe the pump pushes 170 lph. Should be good for about 330 rwhp...

...someone correct me if I'm wrong
