What mods have been done to your car? If it's only intake, exhaust and intercooler, you can reset the PFC back to the base map and your car will run fine. Just don't turn up the boost.
To reinitialize a PFC, you'll need a Commander (the hand held unit)
Plug the PFC in, connect the commander, turn the ignition on but don't start the car. On the commander locate the ETC menu & press NEXT. Go to ALL DATA INIT, press NEXT, highlight YES, press NEXT, turn the ignition off. Wait a few minutes, turn the car back on and you have the base map. Do a sensor check etc., then start it up!

No, it's not the best, but your car will run better, get better gas mileage, and it won't blow up with your mods.
Check your regional section for a tuning session. Steve Kan tours the country tuning PFCs, and I'll bet there's someone at least semi-local that can help you out.
