i just got my power fc today and all the instructions are in japanese, just wondering if they all come that way? and is there anything realy important i need to know that is said in the instructions ?

 

There are many PFC owners in Houston, come by the next Houston area Rx7 club meeting on Aug 10 and we can answer your questions. Check out the South Texas section on this forum for the location and time, somewhere on 59 south just outside the loop.

Quickest answer is it depends on where you bought it and what they did to set it up for you. There are some pins to disconnect unless your supplier already did that for you. If not, you can search this forum for the four pins that need to be disconnected. Otherwise, just plug it in and go thru the idle learning procedures (search to find the procedures). If you have extensive mods you should get it tuned by someone knowledgable. Myself or Chuck or perhaps someone we are not aware of can tune the PFC in houston, there are many in Dallas.
