Possible Issue With Cooling Fan Control System?
The temps are set @ 88C in the PFC to activate the fans but the fans don't come on till 94C and then shut off when the temps begin to drop. Does the PFC activate the fans using all 3 fan speeds or only 1 speed? How do I verify all fan speeds are working?

If i'm not mistaken, the FC should operate the fans in the same manner that the stock ecu would. Can someone else verify this? It could be a bad relay I would check to see if the fan relays are operating like they should.

Have you ever checked your fan relay connecting harness? Mine was in bad shape with corroded connections. i opened up the unsealed relays to check them out.
A couple were in bad shape due to moisture getting in them.
I bought the cooling system recall kit for $75 back in 2005 along with a couple. new relays. The kit includes the new harness, some hoses, and the balck box that was added near the ECU. It also had the adapting harness for the black box.
I sealed up the relays and used the new harness with water protecting electrcial grease.

There are three fans temp settings. The lower one only works for JDM car is what I read. Set all three to 85. If they still do not come on by 86, start checking the harness and relays. Three relays are interchnagable. Swap them around with the
fan speed one relay to determine if the relay is the problem.
SIMPLE BINARY testing!
