What type of boost increases do you guys see with % change in duty for boost?

Do you guys see constant boost all the way until redline? when I 13 on secondaries, it drops to maybe 11.5 bye 6500 rpm, where it fluctuates around 11.5 a bit.

What level of knock readings on stock sensor do you get when just cruising in 5th at 3k rpm?
