PFC w/o O2 sensor?
Does the PFC need to be hooked up to an O2 sensor? I have been running without an O2 sensor hooked up on my stock ECU and on my M2 stage 3 for years now, it just keeps it in close loop or open loop(can't remember which one is which), it made the car run smoother around town, but hurt my highway mileage which I really don't care about. Right now my O2 bung is being used for my Greddy O2, and I don't want to take my DP off right now to put another bung in.
One more thing, I'm NS and have resistors in most of my harness, but still have some solenoids just plugged in and laying under the manifold, can I just unplug them now with the PFC?
Thanks,
Nick

The PFC does not care if solenoids are missing and not replaced with resistors. Even though you can turn off the O2 idle control, and I have tried it; I have not tried disconneting the O2 sensor at the same time.

The PFC will run (idle) like crap without an O2 sensor, even with the O2 feedback turned off. I don't know why but it does.
I was playing with my O2 connections and unplugged the sensor from the harness and the idle went to crap.
it will drive ok though, I only did this for a few feet though, it sputters upon decel though.
