PFC w/o ACV-EGR-A/P

Does having a PFC eliminate the requirements to place appropriate resistors to the solenoids removed from these parts and bypass the detection of open signals? I realize that some of the wires that needs to be clipped during the PFC install relates to emissions (EGR) but I would like to know if having the PFC will help me avoid the check engine light and error codes completely without having to trick the ecu with resistors.
Have yet to install PFC but have already removed the parts. Im tryin to avoid unecessary cost/work. Thanks ahead!

Yes, it does. The Pfc will not give you any error lights for removing solenoids , etc.
