Can someone help me out here w/ a few questions?

I looked for this unit on Apexi's site and cldnt find it so Im hoping someone here can respond.

First, hooking up this unit to a STOCK car will I find any:
changes to ride 'feel'?
substantial increase in power? (if so how much?)
is this unit PC compatable? (meaning down/uploading maps from the net?)
And lastly (dont laugh) but is there any carrier or method of installation of the commander unit(or handheld thingy) to the cockpit area???

From what Ive heard or read it gives lotsa info/reading.......so it wld be cool to just glance at the dash and see that info. However I dont even know how big the unit is so sorry if its a dumb question.

It does not affect ride since the car does not have an active suspension.

The engine should run smoother with better responce, and might add about 10hp. A test was done by TURBO magazine back in the fall of 2000.

There is no provision for data logging or downloading of the maps. Some Aussies are working on it.

You will have to invent this! The commander screen is very small.

when I said 'ride feel'.......I didnt mean suspension(sorry). I shld of said, seat of the pants difference.

 

you should notice a power difference. it will the boost a little i believe. you can get a cell phone holder for commander or a apexi afc or avcr mount to hold it
