PFC Question

Mahjik I promise I searched but didnt find exactly what I was looking for. What are the differences between the two diff version of the pfc and commander? What visual differences? Any technical advances? Will a new commander work with the old version? ANy help is appreciated.

From what I have read, there are no visual dfferences. However I have also read that different series commanders will not work with different series PFC's.

But hey, what do I know.
