Ok i just installed the PFC w/ map that put on for my car but have a few basic questions.
after the warm up cycle is surging to 1500 rpm, then backs to 1000 and surges back does this every few seconds.
how far should the knock bar go or not go.
the english copy manual i got is pretty crypic on a few things. So if there is a good source to read, point me to it.
Thanks.

another questions.
I pulled the pins for the 4 wires to be removed, but wanted to check that those are the pins when looking at the ECU harness receptical. Not the front of the harness.

If one is for AC operation and your AC does not work/come on, then it would never be asked to do it's function and thus is not a problem.
As for electrical load, we have the driving lights, rear defroster, radio, brake lights, etc.
Just like you will never be asked to do brain sugery and thus you do not have to worry about not being able to do it.
even if they're not working, i would just time the process like described in Dale's instructions.
my AC fan's broken but my primary cooling fan works. so i just timed each process, and after the learning process is done, my rpm settings in PFC for fan1 and fan2 have 100(maybe 200, i gotta go check my car) rpms difference. which is how ur rpm react w/ ur stock ecu when ur AC on.
another words, they work fine, even w/ one broken radiator fan. broken blower in ur case
... but yeah.. summer's comming.. i'm getting that fixed asap

hey guys i have set the idles but it still does it for the non load. Meaning it follows the setting for A/C and eletrical and idles where i set it. But it will not follow it for the no load, it is actually going fuel cut because the injector duty goest to 0%. adjusted the full cut resume as well to try to make the injectors come on hopefully go to a graceful idle instead of surging but wtf..

List all of your PFC idle settings, and also give us your two TPS voltages (in the PFC manual) with the throttle fully closed (not held open by the fast idle cam/hot wax rod).
