Unhappy pfc idel problem

i just installed the pfc on my 93 R1 and it won't drop below 2000 rpms. i installed it and started the car cold. i let it run for 20 minutes but it never dropped below 2000. everything else seems to be fine. i drove it around for awile and it ran great, all vitals where good, just pick up the target idel. any advice?

Screw up the IDLE adjust screw which is located on the front side of the intake plennum; it will lower the idle speed.

Check your idle settings within the PFC.

First check out the idle set adjustments as to what they are set to. You do have the commander and manual, don't you?
