PFC & EVC-R Controller

This is probably a dumb question but Im not sure how to search for it so...
If your using say an EVC-R to control boost & the setting you desire is say 13psi, get that set with the EVC-R would you want to set the PFC to about the same 0.91 or would it not really matter?
And when setting boost with the PFC you have the pressure for 2pr and 2sec, but whats with the % to the right of those? It came stock set at 55% pr and 64% sec I think...

The boost levels listed in the PFC are "target" boost levels and really mean nothing for control. The duty cycles (%) are what really controls your boost. You have to play with those until you get your boost right. If you overshoot the "target" boost entered in the PFC by a certain amount (can't remember right now), it will fuel-cut. If you have a separate boost controller, just set the "target" boost levels in the PFC to a value higher than what your boost controller is set to (like 15 psi). This will insure that the PFC does not butt in when it's not wanted. You can just leave the duty cycles alone as they are not functional with a boost controller installed.
