PFC and Engine Wiring Harness?

Well my motor is tore apart right now getting rebuilt and I am going with a GT35/40 Single Turbo kit. Does anyone know which wires I can get rid of from the Main Engine Wiring Harness? Can you just cut the wires off that you don't need? Like all the Solenoid Wires and some others? Or do you have to leave them just hanging around? I wasn't sure wether or not if the PFC has some type of wire resistance check that would set it off if you cut a wire off. I am trying to clean up the engine bay as much as possible so any help would be great.

Or if anyone has pics of there engine with a single under neath the UIM so I can get an idea of which wires I need and which ones I don't. I know that the PFC does not need any resistors but if anyone has a list of the wires to leave hooked up that would be awesome.

Thanks, Scott

Garfinkle pulled the unused wires to the ECU and hooked them to resistors mounted on a plate above the PFC . If he needs to put the stock ECU back in , there will not be any codes (check engine light).Just planning ahead. Plus the two resisters are wired in for the 1600 cc injectors .He can install the injectors and rail ,hook up two wires reprogram the PFC and go.Plan ahead.
