Power FC PFC controls boost?

PFC controls boost?
I was gonna buy a boost controler but I read that the PFC has a built in control. Is it the same as a stand alone b/c or do I still need to buy one?

Before the PFC I had a Pettit Unlimited which required external boost control (manual in my case).
With the PFC alone, boost control is amazing. Setup is critical I suspect but in my case my "pretuned" PFC is right on.
