Do you know if the PFC has a built in boost controller? or is a seperate controller required to use in conjunction with it? If so what would you recommend?

Searching tells me it does not control boost as it sits, but you can get a kit for the PFC from Apexi... can the PFC work in conjunction with another aftermarket boost controller. Greddy or Apexi or even a manual one?

Depends on your setup, if you have not removed the solenoids associated with boost control then the PFC does a great job of controlling boost.

 

Great thanks! Can you run a greddy or apexi boost controller with the PFC and have them play nicely together?

Yes, but at that point you have disengaged the PFC's boost control abilities. Just set the boost settings in the PFC high enough that you do hit boost cut.

Reality is that all you need is a MAC valve, (same as Greddy, Apexi, AEM , etc.) and the PFC does a great job of controlling boost even with a single turbo.
