Since this thread was initially posted, I have done extensive testing with the Power FC boost control system. The best way to tune the boost control settings i by logging PC% and WG% (Advance parameters in the datalogit) and interpreting the duty cycle curve. The turbo transition settings "High" and "Low" do set the rpm value at which the charge control and turbo control valves switch, with "High" being acceleration and "Low" being deceleration.
