OBDII socket

Hi Guys

Having trouble getting a cable for the PFC but i can get an OBD cable to link up to my lap top which has the software on , can the the PFC be mapped through the obd scocket ?

Sorry mate its a lancer evo, but here in the UK not many know about the PFC just hoping you guys could help?
