what are normal water temp and intake temps when cruising the highway at about 70 mph and what should they be during stop and go driving around town?

I don't know about normal, but I usually see about 86 Celsius. At this temp my stock gague is at half-way or maybe just a tiny bit below. But it's been 25 degrees here, so I'm curious to see what I get next summer.

I never even pay attention to intake temp, sorry.

here ambient is around 40-50 F and I see usually 87-91C water and 21-50 C intake, with greddy SMIC.

I see 81-86 normal driving, and 87-96 while driving hard, occasionally going up to 100.

I have a large radiator plus I run my fans all the time.

I'm using the stock radiator. I've got a FMIC and noticed my needle inching above halfway last summer, but that was before I had the PFC so I don't know the numbers. I expect to upgrade my radiator this summer.

I looked at my intake temp this morning after a 20 min highway drive and it was at 8C. That's with a 20F ambient temp.
