normal highway/around town temps?
what are normal water temp and intake temps when cruising the highway at about 70 mph and what should they be during stop and go driving around town?

I don't know about normal, but I usually see about 86 Celsius. At this temp my stock gague is at half-way or maybe just a tiny bit below. But it's been 25 degrees here, so I'm curious to see what I get next summer.

I'm using the stock radiator. I've got a FMIC and noticed my needle inching above halfway last summer, but that was before I had the PFC so I don't know the numbers. I expect to upgrade my radiator this summer.
I looked at my intake temp this morning after a 20 min highway drive and it was at 8C. That's with a 20F ambient temp.
