Non linear Wideband Datalogit Interface

How do I make the ZT-2 has with no 0-5 volt linear wideband to work with the datalogit? I can log the A/F ratio on the laptop but I also want it to be log in Datalogit accurately.

Obtain a "AFR vs Voltage ouput" chart from them, and then calculate/figure a poly that makes it work.

Download the instructions document for the ZT-2 module, it has an AFR vs. voltage output table. Like Chuck said use the poly function to fit a curve to the provided points. I would only fit the curve to points near the target AFR's, otherwise you will be sacrificing accuracy in that region. Just be aware that you probably will not get a perfect fit everywhere.

BTW, you can send in your unit and have it updated with a linear output. I think it costs around $50.

I found the table, but I am not that familiar with MS Excel polynomial graphing for A/B/C values

I found some values for poly ABC online, but I am not sure if its applicable to all zeitronix box in general.

I was able to get the ABC values, and run the wideband, but the numbers are just whole numbers and no decimals like the display on my zeitronix datalog.

Did you select the number of decimals you wanted under VIEW for MAP WATCH or if using an AFR WATCH? It is your responsibility to set up the DL properly.

First read the manual then play with it.
