no response on the injectors.

Hello.
i had my FD to the tuner yesterday and alot of problems showed up. most of them are fixed but the biggest is that when they are trying to map the car he said he didnt get any response from the injectors. the injector setup is 850 secondaries on the primary and 1680 on the secondary. the car is running way to rich and even if he said to remove 40% fuel it was no difference. so what can the problem be?

This has been posted so many times on this forum since about 9 years ago.

The PFC has a minimum millesecond (msec) turn on time for the primary injectors. It is hidden and nobody knows exactly what time it is, and it can not be overridden. It prevents you from reducing fuel lower than a certain amount no matter which fuel table you use.

This is what your tuner has run into. But there is a solution. On the Settings 5 injector setup, you can reduce the primary injector lag to a negative lag value and this will lean out the primaries. Warning, you need to do this before proceeding to tune for cruise and boost as it reduces the baseline fuel flow for the injector based on calculations within the PFC when the secondaries come on line.

Your tuner DOES NOT KNOW THE PFC, but if he or you wish to learn; PM me for my extensive notes package and membership in my private Yahoo tuning group.

The first thing you need to establish is that your fuel pressure is at the 40PSI base, the next thing is that your TPS is calibrated within spec.

I tune 850 primary injectors every week and there is no problem with them. I get them to idle perfectly from the Inj map without ever running negative primary injector lag.
