No boost on 1st turbo, little boost on 2nd with power FC

I ordered mine from rx7store and the 1st turbo gives no boost at all(but I hear it spinning, wastegate is probly held open) and with the 2nd turbo it's very little boost.

Normally the 2nd turbo would kick in at around 4.7k or so, quite easy to feel, and give me lots of power. Now it just seems to come on very gradually and not give much boost. The 1st turbo, like I said, doesn't give ANY boost at all.
In 5th gear, at 60mph, I can barely even accelerate, so it's obvious there is no boost and it's not a load problem.

I tried resetting the settings to default and stuff.. I looked in the etc options and made sure "sequential" is set to on/yes. When I change the setting, neither turbos work.

I checked to make sure it's the 13B-REW firmware too, and it is.

Pettit Racing also looked at it but they have never used the ecu with the stock turbos, only with aftermarket ones. They were stumped, just as I am.

I'm thinking the ECU is defective. Anyone else have ideas?

Even if all the boost control on the car was defective, you could still get 7-8 psi on the primary and secondary.

Are you trying to say that you had a perfect boost pattern with the stock ecu, swapped ecus, and this resulted?

Pettit has never tuned a PFC with stock twins? That is hard to believe.

If your twins were working fine, and "ALL" you did was switch out the stock ecu for the PFC, then either the PFC is bad, the setup is wrong for twins, or some of the ECU connector pins have backed out but only for turbo control (very doubtful).

Correct.
With the stock i'm getting 10-8-10 boost pattern or something like that. With the PFC it's.. uh.. 0-0-something_low I'd imagine.

For your Boost Settings; which one is selected and what are the 4 values?

Too bad that you do not have a Datalogit to check some other stuff under Settings 1.

The primary turbo is not ECU controlled, sounds like you blew off a coupler. check all the clamps and hoses.

For the secondary turbo to come on you have to create a minumin of 7 psi on the primary.

Put your stock ECU back in, if the problem goes away then it is certainly a problem with the PFC tuning. Possible set up way too rich, wrong injector sizing, etc.

Make sure that the sequential turbo setting is turned on, in the ETC- Settings screen. It should look like a lower case "y"
