new pfc but the harnesses YEEKS

I just purchased a power fc and im currently in the process of do the non sequential conversion. My question is this; since im deleting most of the solenoid rack what can I do the the harness connectors to clean things up a bit? can I just cut them and tape them off to give is a clean apperence under the hood or do I need to do something more derastic, all feedback and advise is appreciated in advanced

If cutting, be careful that any parallel wiring between connectors that goes to someplace else are not cut.

The engine wiring harness is weird that sometimes it affects the ISC so that it will not work for all three speeds. But normally this is only happens if you remove the ACV on the LIM.

I removed all emissions and depinned the emission harness for all the solenoids except for pressure regulator. Im currently going to block off the OMP. What do you guys think can i depin the omp as i dont want to have a connector just hanging loose?
