need help setting up wideband to datalogit

I've searched here and on the Yahoo group but am having no luck with this.
I'm trying to get the datalogit to properly capture the output from the FJO.

I set up the Aux with the proper polynomials, but I'm unsure about what values, if any, i need to put into the "volt" and "value" portion of that screen. i've tried various things - nothing seems to work right.

In the end, all i get when mapwatching are "8" or "9"s, and when datalogging, i get like 7.6765 or 8.8873 - when the FJO is showing 11.3 or so.

I do have the ground and volt output going to the FC box to AN1 and AN2 (1 gets the volts, 2 gets the ground).

I must be missing something very basic -
looking for help -
thanks

I'm not familiar with the FJO, but basically you need the calibration chart for your sensor. If the curve can be approximated by a line, then pick two good points in the fat portion of the AFRs that you'll be using. In the "volt" box, put one of the voltages, and in the "value" box, put the associated AFR. Bottom line is you're giving it 2 X,Y values so that it can figure out the line. If you curve is a polynomial, plot it in Excel and have it give you a polynomial formula, and then click on the Poly button in the datalogit and put the info there.

I've not been impressed with my results when using the ground. If you want to use it, be sure to click the Delta AN1-AN2. Otherwise leave it unchecked. With my AEM, I seem to get steadier free air readings with that unchecked.

...........ok I'm a moron! I just reread your question and realized I answered the wrong thing, but I'll leave it in case it helps anyone else. My understanding is that if you use the polynomial, you don't put anything in for the voltage and values. When you're mapwatching and datalogging, you're probably looking at raw AN1 numbers (the voltages, rounded), where if you scroll down some, you can select a different AN1 (can't remember the exact name) but it will show you the AFR's calculated using your polynomial. Hope that helps.

If you have any questions, give me a call and I'll come look at it..... ;-)

yeah, if you've got time, maybe I can come by your place. email/pm me your number when you can so i can call-

at this point i'd be happy just getting raw voltage numbers, but i can't even get that!
thanks!
