i´m from germany and i need help,
i have a 1993 fd and i tuned it with a single turbo,so i want to drive the car at 10 psi boost with the stock fuel setup.the problem is that i have no idea how to set my power fc because i dont want to blow my engine.who can help me?

Find a local PFC tuner to do it.
If someone was to give you a starter map, you would have to either enter a lot of data by hand with the Commander which would drive you crazy. Or, you have to buy/borrow a DATALOGIT to load the map.

 

so where can i get a perfect and a safe map?

There is no such map. Even if you installed a good map from a similar engine, you would still have to tune it for maximum benefit and to insure that it is safe. If it was quaranteed to be safe, it would be a dull map.

First, you do not have the experinece as you said. Therefore, you should not try to tune it. That means you have to find a tuner with PFC/DL experinece or else have a RX7 experineced tuner install a ecu they know.
