Have you observed boost as you drove?

The map sensor is on the wrong setting, the sensor is faulty or there is a wiring issue. It should not be reading boost.

I just recently had this same problem. Check the power running across the connector for your map sensor. Ohm out the ground which is the center pin in the connector. If the ground is bad, just cut it and put a ring connector on it and re-ground it. If thats good, check the 5v to the ground in the connector. If thats good, it is most likely a bad return line.

If you still have your stock ECU, put connectors on the cut lines and put it back in. Then pull fault codes with your check engine light. The factory manual has the proper pins to jumper to read the light.

There are only 3 wires that go to the map sensor, take a look at the FSM, it is really easy to trace them down.
