my rx7 fd 1993 touring single turbo with apexi fc commander wont do idle by itself when cold, once it reach normal temperature it make idle perfect at 1,000 rpm and runs great.any idea how to make the idle work properly when the engine is cold???? thank u

 

Add the cold start back onto the throttle body. Adding the ISC is also recommended if it was removed.

Move to a warmer environment would be a good choice.
OH, you are already there!

Read the PFC manual as it is covered if you have basic understanding on engines and what affects them. Add more fuel but where is the question. Let's see if you can find it.

 

most likely not enough air (as a result of removing cold idle or idle speed control valve without making cold start countermeasures),

but it could be not enough fuel if the water temp compensation were set improperly

 

how can I make water temp setting!!!!

 

The basic cold idle is changed with the Commander. The other tables requires the DATALOGIT.
