Is my car ok to drive?

I have Intake, DP, MP, CB, and am running the base map, i just put on 1600cc secondaries and used the datalogit to enter them and the lag time, how will my car run, using the base map and the injectorys, will it run rich?

Your car will not run any richer than it did before, by changing the CC setting on your injectors the PFC will adjust the map to compensate. I'd be very careful with that many mods on a base map if I were you.

Ignoring the fact that you should tune it for proper AFR's etc ... did you change the injector overlap and other settings like I suggested in the sticky for 1600's?

If not, you may get a lean stumble at injector transition.
