has this ever gone anywhere. i know it was a pretty big endeavor, but would be cool to see

 

I ran out of time and had no supplier infomation. If it doesn't happen sometime during the summer, I'll en up getting it next winter, though with the datalogit, I don't really need the commander at the moment unless I want to keep an eye on air temps. I'll keep you all posted.

Someone obviously has. I liked the idea of a black background with colored letters.

Seriously, if someone could figure out how do to this and offer a fast turn-around time if it required professional know-how, I'd pay quite a bit if it was something I couldn't do myself.

 

It still is not an improvement. A blue LED screen is my desire as LCD of any color is a loser.

 

I thought I had seen a mod to change the color to amber to match the interior
