million dollar question
i challange you guys to see if you know what the problem is. stock motor, no emissons, no silinoids, rp fuel rail with 1600cc sec 550 pri. why does my car run better on option 2 with the stock map sensor. i will send anyone $50.00 who knows what the problem is. when im on normal i have to set pim volts all to max at 150% when on opton 2 pims are 100 but in the rpm section from 1 to 3000 they are at 110% and from 4 to 8000 they are at 125%. so who has the answer. shouldnt my engine be flooded. yes i do have an rp fuel pump to. tried many things. whos the smartest tuner out there who can solve this problem.

yup did everything everyone has suggested, used datalogit with chuck, used wideband at dynoshop,
been playin with ideas for weeks, it has to be something electrical, maybe i need to use some more resistors somewhere else other than the 1600cc

im back and fixed the problem and saved $50 bucks.
while trying to change percentage on the water temp my rpm went up. wtf!!!!????? it turns out i swapped the fuel temp with the water temp connector...they are both green and the same design. so my fuel systems was running off the water temp. so if you guys ever wonder why your running better in option 2, its because the 2 connectors are swapped. and yes motor is still ok......yah

wt double f!!!! it turns out i didnt know what the hell i was talking about and it seems im only talking to myself on this forum, so what. the reason my rpm went up is because it saw the cold fuel temp which told the computer to put in more fuel when i swapped the connectors as a stupid un-understanding fix by me. i had the connectors correct the first time. the real reason was because the sensor in the sx fuel pressure regulator was screwed in to far stopping the diaphram from closing. i never had any damn fuel pressure so i had to run option 2 just to get by. another problem was the fuel psi guage was inaccurate so i didnt notice the prob until i swapped the stock fpr back in and saw how much the guage was off. well the car is fixed now. guys please make sure you have fuel pressure. thank you chris at rotary performance in pointing me to look at the fpr.
