Logging fuel pressure?

I would kind of like to log my fuel pressure on my dattalogit. The dataloggit uses 5 volt inputs. I contacted my fuel pressure gauge manufacturer and they supplied the following chart for my fuel pressure sender. I don't really understand what all this means. Since it uses resistance I'm not sure that it will work. Does anyone know how I can make it work? Maybe use a converter box or something? Or is there a linear fuel pressure sender that uses 0-5 volts that I could install to log fuel pressure? Thanks,
-Brent

PRESSURE......RES. OHM.....TOL +OHM.....TOL -OHM
0 PSI..................240................17........ .......13
20 PSI................167................13.......... ......9
40 PSI................124.................9.......... .......8
60 PSI.................87..................8......... ........7
80 PSI.................57..................7......... ........7
100 PSI...............34..................5........... ......5

You need to convert resistance to voltage. It really isn't too difficult. I have done the exact thing you are trying to do. The hard part is that you need a regulated 5V reference. In my case I built a simple, linear 5V regulator using parts from Radio Shack. I say built, but it is really just a bit of wiring. The regulator has 3 pins: Voltage In, Voltage Out and ground. The voltage in is any +12V connection to your battery. Voltage out goes to your pressure sensor. You'll also need a resistor to connect inline with the pressure sensor.

Here is a writeup I did a couple of years back.
