logging fuel pressure
logging fuel pressure seems to me to be the most logical companion to AFRs... (datalogit/Techedge 1.5). i searched unsuccessfully for info re the proper sensor to screw in to my aeromotive fpr... i would appreciate advice as to finding a sensor and any tuning info from someone who is running such a setup. if i don't get a response i will contact aeromotive for their suggestion and post it to the forum.
thanks,

Howard,
I have not tried it yet, but what I planned to do last fall was try to log with the DEFI unit. I think it provides between 1-5 volts signal from the sensor. It's expensive to test, but you might want to try that one first.
What pump do you run now?

hi tony,
thanks for your response. i have run a cosmo pump w an approx 350 hp setup and all has been fine. i have totally re-engineered my car for this year and am about 2 weeks from firing it up. i expect to make abt 500 flywheel hp at about 15 psi and think the cosmo pump will be on the ragged edge if not inadequate. i plan to use either a Kenne Bell Boost a Pump or an MSD Fuel Pump Booster... both juice up the voltage to the pump. the MSD is boost dependent and the Kenne Bell has a dial. i like the boost dependent idea as it avoids running a monster pump all the time. too much pump recycles gas from the tank to the engine and back heating the gas. my turbo setup is my design and uses 2 turbos which for the moment is all i want to disclose but is capable of major hp beyond 500 on paper. (that's why i need to keep a close eye on fuel pressure.) i will check with w Aeromotive and find a 0 to 5 volt sensor for fuel pressure. i thought there would be lots of people on the list logging FP... maybe i should post on the Single Turbo Forum...
