LM1 to datalog poly or calibration # problem

Well,
I have wired the LM1 power source to the fuse panel for a good off and on signal.
I sanded the chasis and placed the NEW motor wiring harness ground, datalogit ground and the LM1 ground to the same post.
I then started 0 @ 10 and 5 @ 20. No matter the smallest decimal increase or decrease I am not able to get a corrected correlation or reading from the datalogit.
I do see movement but sometimes they go in opposite directions sometimes they are just off a by a large #. I do not get a relationship that is close and moving in together.
My car has numerous grounds and all are designed with clear-sanded contacts.
I am ignorant on the poly equation and do not know if there is something I need to address.
Your ideas are greatly appreciated.

double check you analog out settings in the lm programer make sure its the same figure's the datalogit is set two.

I have had problems with the ground offsets screwing up the reading...I ended up splicing both the datalogit and lc-1 grounds into the ECU ground pin at the ecu and all the problems went away.

Art,

Some WBs have linear 0-5v output for the 10 to 20 afr, and some do not.
The POLY equation is used to setup the DL to display the correct AFR for the corresponding WB voltage output value.

Y=aX^2 + bX + c; Y = afr calculated from X which is the WB output voltage

For my linear PLX M-300 where 0v = 10 afr and 5 volt = 20 afr;
a=0, b=2, c=10; this gives Y = 0 + 2x + 10.
When X = 0, Y = 10, when X = 5, Y = 10.

The LM1 values have been discussed here before.

Thanks,
I have done that. Actually all that typing ment that (grounding setup). I did see the LM1 has the Lambda and AFR and I sellected it the AFR setting with the 0 & 5 to rep the 10 and 20 AFR value and updated.
Thanks as always CW. I knew you would cover me. The settings are from Mark and Barry so I knew that was a very good start. Barry is below a 10 , like a 9.25 set for the voltage difference. I am not able to get a result either way.
Once I find the issue I will post up. (no battery in LM1 to throw in a stray voltage sig)
