Most people use the INJ MAP for temp fuel changes to the base map, then recalc to the base map. I never seen anyone use AFR, we use % correction to correct fuel after AFR logging.

For stock ports the timing is very retarded in the higher boost areas, unless you are using a 3 bar map sensor and the higher rows are high boost. But then we do not know much as little engine details were given by you.

And if you show IOGT, do it as split so we know what is happening.

More information would be good on this one.

Turbo: T88 (big!)
Target Boost Level: ?
MAP Sensor:
Porting: Stock
Injectors: 850/1600
Fuel Pressure at 0 manifold pressure (vac line disconnected from FPR): ?
Intake: Cone filter probably?
Exhaut: I'm guessing a 3 inch straight pipe but is that correct? Do you have a cat?
Extra mods such as water or meth injection: ?????

It would also help to post up all the pages of your Datalogit screen after doing two things:

1 - recalc base
2 - check off 'display split' on the IGT map.

Thanks,
Brian

Settings 5:
Too much Injector Overlap.
Injector transition still is stock which is wrong even for stock.

Settings 4:
Still have Inj vs Water T Cool still set for cold start retard.

Settings 1:
Still using O2 FB and with some strange non stock value of 0.852.

IGT is OK but IGL is so retarded for stock ports and look like timing used with a distributor and not electronic timing control.

INJ MAP:
Run the recalc function to move iot to the base map.

Overall the map sucks! Look up what I have posted over the years or PM me about my tuning notes/YAHOO Group.

i dont understand about the injector overlap.. i know it has to do with like.. staging the secondaries to come on.. but im not sure.. maybe? tunning is new

so that would help with cold starts, like.. for it to idle by itself?

what should the value be? im going to turn o2 feed back off

seriously.. i wouldnt doubt if they did use a timing lighht when they made sure it was running .. look at the work they did to my intercooler and rad.. it was suppose to be v mount... f&ck. if it was more advanced would you say i would build boost better? i seriously can only get about 6 psi..

thank you very much for your time to look it over i really appreciate it..

Hook a wideband up to your datalogit. Verify that the wideband display and the DL display agree. Go to the monitor window and have "Advance" "Aux" and "sensors" selected for this logging session. Logging sensors is normally not necessary. However, the logging speed isn't super important in this case, and knowing which sensors and switches are on could be useful.

With the engine completely cold, begin logging right before you start the car. Start the car and keep logging as it warms up. Then try turning on the electrical load and the A/C if equipped. Rev it up and down a couple times too. Basically gather useful data about the problem so that it can be analyzed.

The AWS is not used with the PFC and even before the PFC we "original FD owners" disabled and removed the components to the AWS to get rid of the 3K rpm cold startup and open up the area for easier access.

They all have the ISC and hot wax rod/fast idle cam system unless removed.
We racer types remove the hot wax rod/fast idle cam system to reduce heat in the throttle body, and allow modification to the TB to improve air flow.

What do you have P row 20 set at 30,000 PIM ABS which is equal to 28 PSI boost but you have the stock map sensor turned on which only goes to about 17.5 PSI boost?

When you changed IGL, you forgot to redo IGT-SPLT!

Improved map attached. You need to fix your map sensor and map ref to match.

You could always re-init the map then re-setup the injectors and start from scratch.
