Learn idle or adjust TPS first

I just wanted to double check. Getting ready to install my PFC, since I know that the TPS needs to be adjusted(I'm getting a code 18: TPS-narrow range from the stock ECU), should I install the PFC, adjust the TPS, then have the PFC learn idle? Thanks!

It is easier to read the TPS voltage with the PFC Commander than with a voltmeter. Your question is the correct answer.
