Power FC knock problem

knock problem
I'm getting alot of knock like 60+ (in the hundreds sometimes) at what i think is the injector transition point around 3k. I after this point the knock statys pretty. There seems to be just one spike and then goes immediately back down. I am shooting to get it tuned this week or the next, but I am waiting on a fuel pressure gauge in the mail. I was wondering if there are any suggestions to help this problem until i can install the fuel pressure gauge and get it tuned.
I'm running the stock fuel system with injector cleaned and fuel filter changed about 5k ago. i am pretty sure i'm running the base mod map on the pfc, ported wastegate, midpipe, catback, intake, and I just have a straight hose running to the wastegate so i'm not boosting a full 10 psi. anyway to ease the transition of the injectors iwthout a dataloggit? i just don't want the car to like pop before i get the dam thing tuned.

use the temporary adjust on the hand controller to take out a few degree's of timing. this should sort out the knocking. note; when you turn the car off the values are reset
