Hello, I recently purchased the Black universal FC Datalogit box.
I am using the serial to USB adapter. Once everything is connected properly, and I open up the software on my PC, If I hit the Read All it displays "Invalid FC Version Response".
I have contacted the place that I purchased it from and they are not sure what this means. They were going to talk with the folks overseas and find out what was going on. I have not heard back and was wondering if any of you know what the problem is. I appreciate your help very much!

 

If you have the early version of the software, then that is the problem as it was not compatable with all PFC versions. 2.122 is the lastest version and is available from the DL forum website. Try it.

 

That's what I have. But I think I know whats wrong. I downloaded the software to my other PC at home and it seems to be working. Weird. SO I'm going to borrow another laptop since mine does not.
BTW...I think I read somewhere that you have some tuning tips or some kind of writeup on the DL? Is this true and how do I get a copy? Please PM me, Thanks! D
