injector duty readings on commander

my injector duty at idle is about 5% but when i rev the car they rise and come back down but momentarily show 0% before returning to 5% and also when changing gear down when i put the clutch in coming to a halt it does the same thing the car doesnt stall or the revs drop below 1000rpm so its not stalling but for that split second it shows 0% is this normal or is something wrong

That's because you're on vacuum & the injectors aren't hardly working (if at all). You'll see max injector duty usually at full boost at the top of 1st & second- unless you're holding gears too long.

Edit: yes that's normal.

Lightbulb

That is the fuel cut off for emmissions when deceleration.
The fuel turns back on when the rpms drop to the fuel cut off point which you can adjust with the commander.

Page 33 of the PFC manual mentions the deceleration fuel cut.
If you then say what the f*** is this and search the internet, you would have your answer. That is how many of us have learned.

Please study your manuals.
