Power FC Injector Duty Cycle: How Does PFC Commander Report It?

Injector Duty Cycle: How Does PFC Commander Report It?
While using my commander (don't have datalogit yet) to monitor injector duty cycle, I noticed relatively high readings at about 85%. It seemed strange since I wasn't near in the high load/rpm/wot range. I think this high reading has to do with how commander reports duty cycle. Before the secondaries come online you are only using the primaries. Therefore, you could get relatively high duty cycles. Once the the secondaries come online, the primary duty cycle should drop. So here are my questions:
1) How does the commander report injector duty cyle when only primaries are on?
2) How does the commander report injector duty cyle when primaries and secondaries are on?
Once I get my datalogit, this won't we an issue

Unless the PFC has been messed with, the secondaries will come online way before the primaries hit 85%...I think the default is 50%.
Secondly, the PFC doesn't "report" duty cycles, duty cycles are how FI controls how much fuel is injected. The duty cycle value shown is the percentage of the total amount for the injectors available.

It hasn't been tuned yet since my wideband and datalogit haven't arrived. Apparently, the base-mod map is providing quite a bit of fuel. I got 85% using only .8 bar boost.
