Injector Driver problem?

OK I have a problem and I think I know what it is but need some second opinions etc.
I am running PFC in a FC3S and using Power enterprises injectors. I purchased the first two injectors while in Japan and they were plug and Play, having the correct resistance and plugged in using the stock connectors. For this latest buildup I ordered two more injectors but when I finally got them they were low impedance and came with connectors. No problem, I wired them up via a resistor pack that I had used before. Well I finally got to get the car on the track to do some testing and it ran great all morning and then Wham, it would not do anything with positive manifold pressure. I could rev all the way to 7 grand if I kept it in vacuum but about .2k of boost it falls flat. After much trouble shooting I have came to the conclusion that the injector drivers for the secondaries are blown. When I test for resistance across the injectors at the harness of the ECU I see 9.6ohms......this seems low since it should be 12 to 16. Would this be low enough to blow the drivers? Is there a way I can test and confirm that the drivers are blown? Or am I just way off.

To test if your drivers are working, I would proabably try using a high quality multi meter to back probe the injector and measure its duty cycle, when the injector activates the meter should show a duty cycle. Of course if your not familiar with electronics I would use caution. Use this info at your own risk, I'm not responsible for anything.

Hope this helps
