Inializing the PFC??

If I intialize the settings on the PFC will I loose the stock base maps and will it relearn my cars readings?

From my sig is the base map OK??

i just reset my xs "tuned" pfc and yes it reset the base fuel map, and had to relearn the car. it will rest to whatever map the unit shipped from apexi with.
