IgnT Ld at 32 degs???

Hey guys,
I was just wondering....I am breaking in my car with a Single Turbo, race port and other goodies but stock injectors. I have been driving the car for a good 400 miles without boosting past 0....always staying in vaccuum. I was just curious.....is 32 degrees too high of a number for less than 0psi (max rpm is 3.8k)? I'm not sure what these readings are for the Ignt Ld and Ignt Tr. Thanks for reading and hope to hear from you guys soon.
