Idle lost and weird closed loop control
Hi you all!
Im sorry about my language but ill try explain as good i can
Car is FD3s and i cant get it idle and cannot control afrs under 2500rpm.
I have powerfc and datalogit
Mod list:
Rotaryaviation full rebuildkit+raceseals
Pineappleracing medium intake porting and large exahaust.
ID 725 and 2200 injectors+ KGrails
Aeromotive regulator
custom divided manifold
precision pt 6266 turbo
precision 44m wastegate
3,5" custom turboback exhaust
Ignition is stock
Walbro 255 in tank
custom v-mount intercooler and radiator
all emissions removed+premixin without omp.
exhaust temp light is on becouse its jdm car and omp is deleted.
Fuelpressure is 40psi
Ignition and fuel swirlpod system is waiting IDLE
It runned well in last year with stock motor,ports and injectors.
But now i cannot get that idle under 2500rpm if i lower throttle adjusting screv it stalls.
I know the basics of idle tunign with power fc, but i think there are somethin mystic what i dont know
I tried with and without ISC.
And if i keep 2000rpm at throttlepedal it doesnt to react in fuelmixture, if i try to lean or enrich the mixture with datalogit.

Now i got it steady idle at 1000rpm when engine is gold. When temps raise to about 80celsius idle starts bouncing between 1300rpm and 600rpm.
With ISC i dont get it idle. Without is better.
It is nice idle sound when it idles gold at 1000rpm, it was new to me how much medium streetport with large exhaustport do the engine idle sound

Now i get it little bit running and today i drived it about 100miles and it was running good. And i got little boost area at that shape i can start work in there when idle area is finished.
Feel is like little boy with new toy
