Once again the most frequent question by a newb which a search would give so
many replies. ANSWER = "Improper combination of air and fuel at idle."
First you adjust for the best idle with a fully warmed up engine. This is always your baseline before tuning any other idle problems. Then you tune for best cold idle.
Different setting are used for different temperature ranges. If you know basic automotive theory and read the manual, you can figure it out.
