I sent my powerFC twice in Japan - i need help

I have a single turbo conversion (800-1600 injectors) project using PowerFC. The car will run if I put the stock ecu. If i put the powerFC, it will not run and no sparks. I sent it in Japan and came back. The tech said, they found nothing wrong on the unit. I put the stock ecu again and the car runs. I put the powerFC and no sparks.

So, I suspected that the tech did not do anything. I sent it to the other tuner in Japan (JapanDyno) the second time. They sent it to be repaired. They found nothing wrong again, I paid so much. The only thing they did was to load a new firmware. (that's what they told me).

Now, I'm ready to install it again but I'm not optimistic it will run. A friend gave me a map for 800-1600 injectors. Do you think I should load this map or try the basic map first. Do you think I have a basic map in my current powerfc after they load the firmware?

Thank you

Do you know for sure that you have the correct PFC for your car?
Which you have not told us which model it is.

Yes I do... the 1st tech and Japan Dyno bothverified it that was the right PowerFC for my 1993.

I'm just looking for some feedback perhaps i'm missing something here. I will try to install it again and see if the new firmware as they claimed might makes the difference.

Is it possible I don't have the basic map?
Even resetting it...could it be no basic map?

If your injectors are still stock (550-850), then you want to use the stock map in the PFC.
If you have already installed the (800-1600), then you have to properly setup the injectors on the map first.

You appears that you need a local PFC user with experience to help you.
Find one.

You still have not told us which car you have.

i have 800-1600 cc already installed. I will find someone with the same size and borrow a map -- see if it will fire up.
