I have added a full 3" stainless exhaust and catback, and im scared to do much more cuz I know i can pop it easy now.. so any idea's on what i need to change in my pfc to be safe to run with the midpipe.?
You need to log boost, AFRs and knock levels, and then adjust your INJ maps to proper target AFRs. Get Chuck W's notes. In addition to Chuck's notes, here are some more good ones:

in order to log those things you will need a datalogit. and a wideband.
The stock base map might still be rich enough to handle those mods. do you have the latest base map or an older one? If you dont plan on doing alot of tuning or modding on the car beyond what you have done, it might be more cost effective to get it tuned professionally on a dyno, or just make a few runs on the dyno and make sure your afr's are safe. Also keep an eye on boost creep with your open exhaust especially in colder weather. If you start having creep you may need to port the wastegate.
