Hunting/Bouncing Idle

I had my PFC installed for a while running the stock base mod map. I did the idle process and all was well, idling great at 790-810. Until early last week I began to fiddle with the Fuel map to tune the vaccum area, and just last Friday I reset it, because I had something out of wack that the engine and ecu did not like. I restarted the the engine and it bounced for a from 900-1100 about 6x and smoothed out. Now I thought I read a few places that you only learn the idle once, and if you reset it you do not need do the relearn process (3 10minute intervals), although thru my recent searching it looks to be other wise.

So I made some new adjustments to the PFC on Sunday, all seemed well until 30 mins into the drive the idle beagn to hunt/bounce from approx 600-1300 rpm when in neutral (stopped or rolling), when I got home I let the engine idle until it smoothed out, then put the lights on until it smoothed, finally did the a/c until it smmothed (but I did not reset ecu). It seemed to have helped some it no longer hunts with E/L or A/C load, just coming off of higher engine speed to idle. I made a few more adjustments to the A/F ratios and it still does it, but now only bounces 3-4x max (in the 650-1150rpm range) when coming off of a higher engine speed, but E/L and A/C load are still fine. If the clutch is depressed the hunting bouncing idle is from approx 850-1050.

I just tried turning off the o2 feedback, first I noticed the AFRs in my WB going leaner (from 14.1-4 to 14.8-15.4), but the idle was richer (from 13.3-5 to 12.3-8). I am trying to understand what the 02 feedback is doing, and if I should have it on or off. If I have it off, do I need to readjust all the values in the Fuel map?

I read about adjusting the idle bleed screw, so I guess I will turn the o2 FB back on and adjust the idle bleed screw.

Or should I record all my current values in the Fuel map, reset the PFC and go through the entire idle learning process?

Sorry for the long read, any help would be appreciated!

This is the most asked question by newbs, a SEARCH will overwhelm you with help.

I did search, but the symptoms are not the same as what mine are, some are close but not the same. I guess my main question is should I try to adjust/fix it as is, OR should I reinitialize the PFC?

Does turning off the 02 feedback effect the current values in the fuel map? From what I read there is not a definitive answer on it, but if I under stand correctly with it ON the PFC is programmed to send mroe fuel because it engine should ahve more air (with air pump installed), so then when its off the the PFC will inject less fuel, but then why does the fuel maps stay unchanged? Or does that change a value elsewhere?
