I have a 93 FD with a pfc and I was wondering if there was any way to change the units on the commander from metric to English (i.e. celcius to farenheit, or displaying the boost in PSI etc.).

Ive read the manual online but I didnt see anything showing how to do that.

Agreed. Metric makes so much more sense. But unfortunately im used to SI units.
