It's a .dat file, you need the datalogit software to read it.

save the dat file to a place you will be able to find it. You can run FC Edit without connecting to the datalogit. in FC Edit, open (goto File -> Open) the .dat file you just saved to your hard drive. You will now be viewing the map and all other settings with the FC Edit software.

I am not trying to be an a$$, but how much experience do you have with tuning the power fc? It seems you have never looked at the software... I would just hate to see another blown up rx7 for sale.
If you have no experience, please, have somebody tune the car for you. The rotary engine does not give you any margin for error, unlike the 2JZ, RB26, and evo8 4G63.
