Hot engine will not start.

Hey all,

I am having a problem starting my FD with PFC. When it is cold it fires up and runs like a top! When it is hot; ie: not being choked, it cranks and cranks and cranks. I have adjusted the injector duration while cranking with limited success.

Thoughts???

Cheers,

Chris

Most likely your problem is due to not having the engine properly tuned when hot and idling.
Maybe way too lean and the restart does not get enough or too much fuel.
LEAVE the stock injector startup times alone.

Attach to this series or send me your map and mod list.

Check to see if your fuel pump is turning on when hot, if not you need to replace a relay.

Air temp sensor problem?
Air temp vs Inj table problem?
Poor idle tune.
