But that would require a very carboned up engine or reverse plug wires or basd fuel, or plugs too hot.

Colder weather makes an engine produce more power and if the engine was tuned "HOT" in summer, it will be too hot for winter. An engine tuned for low knock in winter will be safe in summer. An engine tuned for low knock in summer may be unsafe in winter. But then real tuners should know this!

Plot on Knock

Do you have a plot of the knock event like these 2 charts below? What I learned from these charts is that my car knocks a bit more untill the water temperatrure gets up to ~85c. The chart with 78 knock is at 81c, later at 85c, at much higher boost, I get no knock. What is your boost, AFR, temp, IGL and %INJ duty at when you see knock?

It could be that you need to pull some timing out of the cells that the knock is in, but have you seen that Inj duty cycle, injectors start to fail in that range. Need to get bigger ones

Right, The first is during warm up, not pusing it very hard, getiing a bit of knock, the second is warmed up full power, no knock... What causes higher knock when not fully warmed up?

Here is a map of max INJ duty, does this mean I should go to 1200cc injectors on the secondaries?

What is the likleyhood of my current set up continuing to run w/o failure? What happens when injectors fail?

Anything over 90% DC is bad for thje injectors. And why are you at 10AFR for the boost log? I run 11.2AFR for 14-15.5psi boost. That is too rich.
